Teeth grinding can occur for a number of reasons, for example if you are feeling stressed or it can occur in an unconscious effort to cure an uneven bite. Only the lower jaw can move and cause the grinding action, this is due to it being hinged to the upper jaw. Therefore you need only wear one tray on your lower teeth.

Purely Aesthetic use pro form ethylene vinyl ascetate material to make custom mouth guards, this material is of a very fine, yet durable construction making it comfortable for prolonged periods of wear including overnight use. Our customers find they are tolerated exceptionally well during sleep. All materials carry a lot number and the CE mark.
